At the end of last week I signed up to an iD mobile contract. I had to wait a fair while for the Sim to come, but when it did, it’s all Vodafone brand.
I know the 2 companies have merged, but I do not want to put the sim in my phone and activate a second contract with Vodafone!!
It’s been about a week now, and I have been unable to use the iD contract I am being charged for :(
Can someone help- should the sim card that was sent clearly be branded as iD mobile? Or is this because the companies have merged?! There doesn’t seem to be any way to contact them for help :(
