I have received no transaction ID, I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR AN HOUR TO GIVE YOU MY PAC CODE. GET A REALLY CLOSE TO CANCELLING BEING WITH YOU. I NEED MY NUMBER TRANSFERRED AS I HAVE MULTIPLE HOSPITALS APPS.

Okay @Binglydder, you can submit your PAC using the online iD Live Chat service. 

Just tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person” - advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
