Transaction ID - no welcome email received


Trying to find a transaction ID to port my number to ID.  Need to do this asap.  Any clue how I can get the email resent, or the transaction number provided any other way?  TIA

I’ve had the same issue. I didn’t get a welcome email and can’t find the transaction number anywhere else. How do I request it to be resent please?

Please check in your junk mailbox to see if any IDMobile email have gone there. You could contact sale's and let them know you've not received any emails from IDMobile to date more so your welcome email.

I have this issue too, how do I get it sorted? I sent the PAC text to switch, but there was no option anyway to enter my email address. So I tried to create an account, but I needed an iD mobile number to create the account, so I can’t create an account. Please help!

If you did, and you’re still having issues, try reaching out to their online Live Chat service. They were really helpful when I used it.

If you’ve requested your port already, please await the completion of the number switch, and then register.

Hi Tyler,

What does registering my port mean? I texted PAC to the given number and have received my PAC code. What do I do now? I never gave anyone my email address so how will they send me a welcome email? This system does not seem to work very well and is very confusing.
