Transaction ID - no welcome email received

Hi

I can’t find any welcome email from ID Mobile. Could it be resent? I can’t switch my number to ID Mobile without it.

Check your spam/junk email folder. Failing that you probably need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@IrritatedUser  

The advisers work until 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”. ​​
