Hello I want to transfer my old number to my id account but I have lost my transaction number and I must have deleted my welcome email.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Contact iD tomorrow via live chat, they will be able to find the transaction number and sort the PAC out too whilst they’re at it - https://www.idmobile.co.uk/live-chat

    (start the chat with talk to person to bypass their automated chat bot)
