Tried everything , live chat not opening tried several brawsers.

    If you’re using gmail double check Spam as google appear to be a little sensitive at the moment. you might find the transaction email is in there - My wife had 4 from iD going there recently.

    do u know what email it will come from as i got mine from mobiles.co.uk

    Good question. I’m not sure as you went through mobiles.co.uk

    IF it is iD that sends it then it would likely be no-reply@email.idmobile.co.uk
