Hello, i received my new phone yesterday, unable to register on the app, saying details dont match but they are 100% correct also when i ordered phone i said i wanted to trans number but didnt complete details so im wondering if thats why? Is there anyone in the world that can tell me if my number has been requested to move over? If not im cancelling now its so hard to get any answering!

Perhaps one of the customer advisers on the iD online Live Chat service can help.
The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - simply tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
