I’ve received my “Your Direct Debit with iD Mobile has been setup” email. All the details seem correct, except that I’m expecting my old number to be transferred.

Hi
When you purchase a new plan from us, we’ll give you a new number to start with, however you’ll be able to transfer a number into our network.
You may be able to do this at purchase, or via the port form;
