Hi, Both me and my wife have swapped over to ID mobile. I have supplied the PAC number to transfer over our old numbers. The date we chose was 10th July, one week they haven’t transferred. How can I track why they haven’t changed over. We both had text messages to say you had received the PAC numbers.    

Well, I’ve only been with ID for a couple of weeks and the lack of access to support feels like this is a bad move
