Good day! I’ve tried to buy a phone with a SIM contract. I’ve passed all checks, provided card details, bank account, etc., and then came to the final page, but nothing happened. I’ve received the agreement, but no confirmation email, and the amount wasn’t deducted from my account. The page reloaded and showed an empty basket. I’ve repeated my purchase from scratch, and the same result occurred. What should I expect now? Will my account be deducted twice, and/or will I receive a letter?

@Nick KnyazevYou may have bought the same deal twice. If you have both order numbers to hand (or if only the one above) then you could call their dedicated sales team on 0207 139 1397 during normal business hours to verify if only one was purchased and the status of the order.
