Trying to log into app for first time but can't receive one time passcode from iD mobile

I am trying to log into the app to set up a pin but no matter how many times I retry, I keep not receiving anything. My number is definitely correct. Any help?

The issue was just that my old number hadn’t been transferred from my old sim yet. Once the switch was complete, I just need to turn the phone on and off, and then I could receive passcodes and other texts

What PIN are you referring to? Is this the 6-digit SMS to register? Thanks.
