Afternoon @Dawn Waugh,

I’d recommend calling our Sales Team: 0800 049 0250.

Thanks.

Apologies @Dawn Waugh, I provided the incorrect number. Please try 020 7139 1397, this is our Sales Team for new iD customers. Thanks!

In the end I went with someone else, but I've had a few occasions where I've need to contact companies because my post code doesn't follow the usual format, most of the time those companies did a great job in sorting it out.

My problem is the only way to contact appears to be by online Chat but after waiting an hour I gave up. That was the second I tried.

Disappointed the new SIM is sent by Second Class post!

Trouble in communication is why I went elsewhere, my view was if there was a problem with service it would be so hard to talk to anyone.

@Chris J Wren -

Have you spoken to our Sales Team (Telephone) 020 7139 1397? Thanks.

This system finally gave me an opportunity to reply after ages!

But thanks for that number where I did manage to get through after no too long. However they say the ONLY option for a new SIM is to send by Second Class post. This seems very poor?!

Royal Mail blame ID mobile for not updating their system that searches by post code. They say new post codes come out within five days of a new property being ready.

@Chris J Wren -

It’s 2nd Class, but it is Tracked. I’ll feed this back to our eComm team regarding delivery addresses. Thanks.
