Trying to switch to ID but getting error

I am trying to switch my number from EE to ID mobile but when I click submit I get the following error:

 

“We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again.”

 

I have triple checked the information and everything is correct, how do I proceed?

In this situation @AmyC87, I’d suggest the iD online Live Chat service to submit your PAC, starting at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat.

After connecting, just tell the 24/7 bot you want to “talk to a person”.

The iD customer advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

After connecting, just tell the 24/7 bot you want to “talk to a person”.

The iD customer advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
