I’ve been trying to redeem apple offers Tv/music/arcade, but like others on this forum im getting error UID Missing or Incorrect when i click the links on the welcome email. The TV Link was missing from the email and instead Mcafe for 90 days (Which i wont be redeeming)
I’ve tried to resolve with chat, however they’ve not been able to help and im quite shocked at their responses.
Firstly they said they cant help and that i need to try and resolve this issue with Apple
The second option was that they will cancel my contact and will refund what i’ve paid since joining.
The third option was that they will give me 1 month credit on my contact, and not give me the offers.
Does anyone know how i can get some help to get the working links for apple offers?
I have tried the links on different browsers and different devices - Same issue.
All sorted - ID gave me a call and resolved the issue.

Same issue... apple tv worked.. but music and arcade links give me the "UID Missing or incorrect" error on the apple site.
