Have just moved over to ID from EE and have been unable to make calls or send text messages. Returned to store and was given a replacement SIM card but still having same issues.

You need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 9pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
