Unable to call and text

Have just moved over to ID from EE and have been unable to make calls or send text messages. Returned to store and was given a replacement SIM card but still having same issues.

Grateful for any assistance before returning to the store again.  Thanks

You need to use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@John916 

The advisers work until 9pm on weekdays - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”. ​​

Did you port your number from EE? What date did you choose as the porting date?

Yes, got my PAC from EE last week and received a txt on Friday evening from iD confirming that my number had successfully switched over
