Unable to redeem Apply TV+

Can see other people on here have had the same problem. When I try to redeem the Apple TV+ subscription I just get redirected to a page stating "UID missing or incorrect".

Have already tried the live chat who initially tried to help but when the problem persisted could only suggest I contact Apple - which is obviously impossible!

Hi Kash,

I've been trying from the email that was sent 12 days after purchase. Live chat also sent links through to try but these had the same result: "UID missing or incorrect".
