Can someone please help me with the following issue?
When I login to the id mobile app and select ‘Switch to ID’, enter my number to move, my PAC code (Three), and click continue I get prompted to enter a switch date. My issue is all the dates are greyed out and I’m unable to select any. I’ve used that pathetic chatbot and followed all the following instructions.
- Tried in web browser and mobile app.
- Cleared all cache settings.
- Tried using multiple browsers (Safari, Bing, Google etc.)
- Restarted all devices and retired.
- Waited a couple of days before trying again.
After trying all this (and a few other things), I’m still unable to select a switch day from the calendar menu. Please! Please! Please! can anyone help resolve this issue as I can see no way to contact id mobile.
Or were the doom merchants correct in warning me that id mobile are a terrible company to deal with.
