Unable to set up account on App. message that details are not recognised.

I have a new account with ID mobile.  When entering the phone number, DOB and surname the app sends a message that my details are not recognised.  I have followed tutorials and guides but they do not help.  It advises to contact customer support. Can you please advise? Thanks
