Unable to set up account on App. The error message says details do not match records.

I have a new account with ID mobile.  When entering the phone number, DOB and surname the app sends a message that my details do not match records. I have followed tutorials and guides but they do not help, as well as clearing my cache. Can you please advise? Thanks

Have you tried via both the website and the app?
