Unable to Set up Id account

As title says I am unable to set up id account, My number has changed to my old one using my PAC code which the site doesn’t recognise.

Now I am able to start the process using the number that came with the phone unfortunately it then says we will send a 1 time pass code to your mobile number which is the the one that came with the phone that doesn’t now exist….

Going in circles here.

Has your number switch completed?

After updating the app I was able to set up my account thanks
