As title says I am unable to set up id account, My number has changed to my old one using my PAC code which the site doesn’t recognise.

Now I am able to start the process using the number that came with the phone unfortunately it then says we will send a 1 time pass code to your mobile number which is the the one that came with the phone that doesn’t now exist….

Going in circles here.
