You can transfer (using your PAC) by contacting iD customer support using their online Live Chat service,
The iD advisors work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends) - the iD chat-bot works 24/7.
Tell the chat-bot you want to “talk to a person” - an iD advisor should be able to process your PAC.
