unable to transfer number pac code error

I keep getting an error message when trying to transfer my number. All the details are correct and yes the transaction number starts with a 4

You can transfer (using your PAC) by contacting iD customer support using their online Live Chat service, ​@Samanthalm.

The iD advisors work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends) - the iD chat-bot works 24/7. 

Tell the chat-bot you want to “talk to a person” - an iD advisor should be able to process your PAC.
