Unanle to receive one time codes for new device on banking apps

I’m setting up a new phone and have transferred network from O2 to ID 3 .  When attempting to login to banking apps, they’ve sent One Time verification codes and I haven’t received them.  Other personal Text messages are coming through fine.
 

All apps are set to ON on for notifications etc.  I’ve got a decent signal , I’ve shut down phone and restarted …. Feeling a little frustrated .  A new physical Sim has been used and number transferred.  How can I access my Apps ?   Would very much like this resolved ASAP !!!  Thank you
