Dear iD Mobile Support Team,

I am writing to express my concern regarding my mobile number [REDACTED], which has been blocked for over three months. Despite this, I have continued to pay my monthly installments regularly throughout this period.

I have contacted your customer care team multiple times, and each time I was assured that the issue would be resolved and my number would be reactivated within 2 days. Unfortunately, no action has been taken, and the issue still persists.

This situation is causing significant inconvenience, and I kindly request that you take immediate steps to restore service to my number or provide a clear explanation for the continued blockage.

Please treat this matter with urgency and let me know the next steps.
