Using my phone once switching over to ID

I have switched provider to ID mobile. I sent the PAC code in and received a text to say my number had switched to ID mobile and to restart my phone. I have restarted my phone many times since receiving this text but still cannot use my phone, except if i connect to wifi. There is a link to the text to connect to if i have issues with the phone but this connects to a generic id  website which is not helpful. Can anyone help?

What was the date iD scheduled for your number transfer, @Philip Sahu

Hi @Philip Sahu 

 

Transfers can take from 8am to 10pm, it may be worth allowing this time on the date of the transfer.

 

Are you sure the iD Mobile SIM card is inside your device?
