Using my phone once switching over to ID

I have switched provider to ID mobile. I sent the PAC code in and received a text to say my number had switched to ID mobile and to restart my phone. I have restarted my phone many times since receiving this text but still cannot use my phone, except if i connect to wifi. There is a link to the text to connect to if i have issues with the phone but this connects to a generic id  website which is not helpful. Can anyone help?

What was the date iD scheduled for your number transfer, @Philip Sahu

Hi @Philip Sahu 

 

Transfers can take from 8am to 10pm, it may be worth allowing this time on the date of the transfer.

 

Are you sure the iD Mobile SIM card is inside your device?

I was supposed to of been switched over by 10 pm yesterday and still nothing sim in phone

no helplful no to ring not that I can because I only have WiFi now 

going to work shortly long long drive no phone if I break down or anything this is not good enough 

can anyone help because if this is supposed to be simple I’m the queen of sheba

Tried logging into my id app but it never sends me code on text so I’m kinda stuffed at moment 

u have until end of day to sort otherwise I’m cancelling contract never had any problems with anyone else

Hey there ​@58tf44, sorry to hear that. Have you tried restarting your phone with the iD Mobile SIM card inside?

 

When you go into phone settings, is your phone number showing correctly?

Yes of coarse I tried that it is now half way through next day got a email saying good news all switched over but I still have nothing apart from WiFi
