I have switched provider to ID mobile. I sent the PAC code in and received a text to say my number had switched to ID mobile and to restart my phone. I have restarted my phone many times since receiving this text but still cannot use my phone, except if i connect to wifi. There is a link to the text to connect to if i have issues with the phone but this connects to a generic id website which is not helpful. Can anyone help?
