Voicemail not working

I have put an ID Mobile SIM into an iPhone 11. I am unable to hear more than the first message or delete any massages. It says I have 3 messages, plays one, then silent for about 30 seconds before going to main menu. Option 1 just repeats this cycle, there is no option to delete or hear other messages.

Sorry to hear about your voicemail issue. Have you tried disabling voicemail via the iD Mobile app/website, and then re-enabling it please?

Yes I have disabled and re enabled. No change. It is currently disabled to avoid getting messages I can’t listen to.

Please can you advise if it makes a difference if you dial the different numbers?

Dial 123 from your iD mobile or +44 7782 333 123 from any other phone.

my voice mail does not engage at all when people call abd im not around
