voicemail pin refused

I have been trying to set up voicemail but every pin I try is unacceptable. They have been been mostly 4 or 6 numbers which would mean something to me but not simple things like  1234 etc.  What am I doing wrong.

Setting up voicemail and the PIN isn’t acceptable even with 10 digits. Help!

Are you still experiencing issues? I just set up a voicemail using my DOB as DDMM and this worked for me. Perhaps try this?

Have you tried entering 0000 or 1234?

 

Do you remember what you originally set it up as?
