I purchased a SIM card for my son a week ago, which was fine. Pleased with the service I ordered a phone and SIM for my wife yesterday, but got an email from ID Mobile this morning saying my order was cancelled because I need to have 90 days payment history before ordering again.
This has really annoyed me. I did not see anywhere when I ordered the first SIM that this would be the case. If I am being credit checked each time I don’t understand why a 90 day wait is required. Can anyone explain? Thanks.
