I have ordered a 2nd sim so my partner can move to IDmobile. I was advised to order after my first bill. I have done this and still waiting to see if the sim is going to be sent.

After placing an order, we aim to respond with the outcome of the application within 24-48 hours. 

This is via email and they can sometimes drop in to your junk/spam folder. Please do check these to be sure :)

I have had the “Success! You've placed your order with iD, and your order reference is … ”  “Your order is now being processed, and we'll email you as soon as your item has been dispatched” email on 4/6/25 but not had an email to confirm been sent, nor received sim in the post
