Web chat?

The only way to get support from ID Mobile is through web chat. I find it really time-consuming and frustrating. How can ID Mobile be persuaded to offer phone support?

Sorry you feel this way, we don’t currently have any plans to begin a general phone support line.

 

We’re contactable for general support here, on Live Chat, Facebook or Twitter.

Thanks for replying Tom. I really do find it strange that the best way to communicate with (or get support from) a mobile phone company is to write a message on an internet forum! And that a mobile phone company feels that it is not able to provide support using its mobile pothole network!!!

I got to Web chat by going 

 

More bottom right corner/T&C/About us /complain procedure 

 

The a Web chat link pops up 3 attempt later it got escalated to IT

My SMS messages are not sending. Customer services said it's not a problem at their end. But it is, can someone help please?
