When I phone a number it tells me I have dialed the customer payment helpline.

Every time I make a call to any number in my phone it diverts to a recorded message on the ID Mobile Customer Payment Helpline - this is happening which ever number I dial so I cant make any phone calls. I can receive calls though. But I cant send texts.

There is no amount outstanding on my bill - I have tried switching my phone on and off etc.
