When will my old number be transferred to my new SIM

I have just joined ID mobile and requested for my old number to be transferred to my new sim. This has not yet happened. How can I find out if this is in process?

    Hey there ​@44LM, when you requested the switch, you should’ve chosen a date for completion. Do you remember what date you chose at all?
