Where is My Account - My Services on the website or in the app?

I just cannot find it - for a Lost or Stolen phone the advice is go to My Account then My Services and then report the phone as stolen (it isn't lost or stolen I am just preparing just in case!).

The advice even includes a link but it doesnt take you to the right place.

I believe this has moved to Plan section of the app/website.
