Why did my plan start immediately ? yet I've not even received the sim card?

I set up the account yesterday on the 25/6. My plan is not due to start until the 7th July. I’ve not even got my SIM card yet and the app is saying I’m not registered with the company yet, I’ve received an email saying my plan starts on the 25/6? that's 10 days before I can use it!

Please refer to this article for more information about Billing. I assume @tarkac you’ve switched your number from another network? If so, your iD Mobile SIM will be active and have a temporary number in the interim.

I cannot open the app to register because I don't have my sim card,or I'd number

But I don’t want to use any other number until mine is transferred, hence I said start date 7th July. 

How long will the transfer take?

If you selected the 7th July, your number should have switched on this date. Can you confirm this is the case?
