I have just set up a contract and started up my phone and done the initial set up and it says I am not allowed to connect to this number with every number I try to ring including your customer service number, this also applies with texts
wont let me make any calls or texts

If you’re unable to use any services, this sounds like you have a faulty SIM card. A replacement can be picked up from any local Currys store free of charge. Alternatively, we would be able to order a replacement to arrive to your home address.
