Wrong mobile number

Hi. 
 

I transferred to ID Mobile, and my aim contract starts tomorrow. When registering, I said I wanted to keep my old number, so I provided my PAC number. On one of the welcoming emails I received, it says I have a new number. Can anyone advise please??

Hey there ​@jamesss901, thank you for reaching out.

 

A new iD Mobile number comes with all contracts automatically, and will change to your ported-in number once the switch completes.

 

We’d recommend waiting to register after the port-in completes.
