How do I get the sim I wad supposed to get if I can't get through on the Web Chat?

I have wrapped up my issues after being advised by Chat Support (yeah i got through to someone) 😀
They advised me that i would need a new SIM Card. After futher discussion I was of to the local Curry’s and picked up a Replacement SIM. At home and 10mins later all sorted with my old number transferred. Cant believe how simple that was compared to the three days of stress!
