You can block or unblock your SIM or eSIM in just a few minutes. Here’s how to do it:

 

How do I block my SIM or eSIM?

 

  • iD Mobile app or My Account online.

 

  1. Tap 'Plan'.

 

 

  1. Scroll down.

 

 

  1. Tap ‘Your SIM/eSIM’.

 

 

  1. Tap ‘Block your SIM or eSIM’.

 

 

  1. Tap the toggle to Enable ‘Block your SIM or eSIM’. Then tap ‘Save’.

 

 

  • Call our Automated Phone Service.

Call 0333 003 7777 from any phone. Once processed, we’ll suspend your SIM, and the last phone associated with the SIM will be blacklisted.

  • Live Chat.
