- Provide general support and guidance on how to use the platform.
What our moderators will never do:
- Ask for your password.
- Request your credit/debit card or bank details.
If someone claiming to be a moderator is asking you for personal details, don’t share anything. Instead, report the message straight away.
How do I report a message?
To report a message, simply:
- Click the three dots under the post (next to the quote icon) and select ‘Report’.
