What is international calling?
Calling abroad from the UK is known as making an international call and is different to the Inclusive Roaming feature.
How much will it cost me to make an international call?
International calls and texts are chargeable. How much it costs you to call abroad will depend on where you’re calling. You can view our list of international charges here.
Can I use my allowances to call or text abroad from the UK?
No, you cannot use your inclusive allowances or add-ons to call or text abroad from the UK. Calling or texting abroad falls under international calling, and are subject to the charges listed in our international charges page linked above.
Does it cost me to receive a call from abroad?
No, if someone calls you from abroad, you will not be charged for the call.
