I am sorry to see this! For 4G, ensure that you are connected to the WIND network or failing that, the 3ITA will be fine for 3G data also.
If you have no connection still, it might be best to reset your internet settings to establish a connection. If you can go to the mobile network settings and then to the APN settings, you will need to press the menu button and then choose Reset To Default. Once done, please choose iD on the list that appears and then ensure the APN settings are activated.
This should fix the issue, if not, restart the phone and it will work.
