I'm receiving charges when calling non-UK numbers

Hello, I've got a monthly contract with unlimited texts and minutes, and it would supposedly cover calls in european countries (non UK), but I get charged at around 8p per minute when doing so. Could you please let me know if there's a setting that accounts for that? It seems that european calls should be covered in my plan.

Thanks

Hello @Elena

iD Mobile offers you free calls from a foreign country to UK, for example if you would be in Spain at this moment using Roaming and called someone in UK then your call would be free.

You can also call another UK number that is currently abroad and iD Mobile won't charge extra for it.

If you are calling a foreign number while you are in UK, like lets say landline in Spain or Spanish mobile number then you will be charge for International Call. Here you can check what are the charges for international calls.

Kind Regards

Gregor
