Help. My Italian Friend sent me a message a week ago and it just keeps arriving again and again (80 messages so far about 7 a day). I have disabled my SMS app and re-enabled it. So has she. She's called her provider who said it is my provider's fault. Can't find any FAQ on it or anything similar here. Help please everyone!

I am sorry to hear this! An issue such as this one is usually due to an issue at the senders end but there are a few things you can try which might help.
On your phone, can you go to the Settings > Apps and then find the SMS messaging app? Once there, clearing the cache and then data might help. Please let us know how you get on.
