I am living in Norway at the moment (unable to travel to UK).
My iphone6 has “no connection”. I’ve tried using the sim card in other phones. Still no communication.
Also i’ve tried my phone with a Norwegian SIM card which works fine.
I suspect that there is something wrong with the SIM card. Can anyone confirm this? How do i go about obtaining a replacement SIM card when living abroad unable to travel to Britain at the moment?

Has your iD mobile sim worked fine in Norway up until recently? Or has this not worked at all since you have been there?

My phone worked fine until two weeks ago. I think there must be a fault in the SIM card? My network provider in Norway confirms that Id mobile should work in Norway.
