incorrect data allowance

I recently got a new phone last month , and a new contract . The new phone has a data allowance of 50 gb , but the ID Molbile app i have installed shows I have only an allowance of 10 gb . Because I read on there saying to wait that it’s normal and should have appeared this month.. this morning have checked and have received again 10gb instead of 50gb!!! What should I do ?

Hi @Annang,

We can certainly check this out for you. Was it a new contract or an upgrade that you have?

I would advise logging into the iD App or the iD Account area and you'll be able to see exactly what you've used. You can also monitor your usage by calling 7777, where you'll be able to listen to your available allowances through the automated service.
