iPhone 7 stopped working

Hi,

 

I’ve had my iPhone for about 12 months. Last night the screen went black and now it doesn’t work at all. Doesn’t charge (tried different chargers) or turn on.

I’m not sure if the phone is still under warranty. What do I do next to get my phone fixed as I need it due to health issues.

All Apple phones come with a 12-month warranty; if your phone is older than 12 months old a repair can be arranged, however, the repair would be chargeable. 

I would recommend contacting Apple to book your phone in for a repair:
