I purchased a new phone and plan with id mobile and want to transfer old phone number from Three. I entered all my details on your form online, PAC number, old number, new number, transaction number. I was told it would change over within 24 hours. Now, my old number is not working on my old phone and my new phone is still using the new ID number. Obviously, Three have disconnected me but ID mobile have not transferred over to old number. Can you help please?
