Number not transferred after 3 days - URGENT!

I initiated the number transfer on Sunday (yes I realise that’s not a working day but is definitely before Monday 5.30pm...).  As of Wednesday the number still hasn’t ported - I’m missing calls - how do I progress this?

 

P.S. just bringing a second phone to the network is it correct that I need to use two separate emails and can’t have both contracts in the ID mobile app? This seems to have been rumbling on for years reading comments here.

Have you registered your recent iD Mobile account (the one you want to move a number to) on our website?

https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/pre-registration/-/registration/registerMyAccount

If not, please do so.

Once you’re registered and signed in you’ll then be able to submit your PAC (Code) and the number you wish to move over to us and providing the PAC is valid and in-date from the old provider then your number should move over to us in 1-2 working days at most.
