pac code problem

Filledout the form to port my existing phone number with a pac code and it will not accept it. Not a very good start for a new customer

Hi will, ok so it turns out the problem was with the pac code from my previous provider. I contacted themm and got a new one which I entered into the id site and my number is being ported over on Monday
