Pin Number
I have just put in my new ID sim into my phone and it tells me to enter a pin number, but where do I get this pin number, it did't come with the sim.

Did you purchase your phone from ID Mobile as well?
It might be the issue that phone is locked to a different provider and is asking you for unlock code which you could get if you contact your previous provider.
ID Sim cards comes without pin code as default.
